We hired Nick to sell our house in the outer Richmond dist of SF and he got it sold for us in coming soon a months before it was going to market he did a great job working around our schedule which was a little difficult due to COVID and zoom school for are 3 children I would recommend Nick in a heartbeat thanks Nick!!!

We have worked with Nick Johnson on the sale of two homes in San Francisco. Each time he was totally professional. I highly recommend Coldwell Banker's Nick Johnson as a real estate agent! He recently handled the sale of my home, and he made the process very efficient and comfortable. I had moved out of the area before my home went on the market, and he handled everything, from hauling away unwanted items, which he kindly encouraged me to leave behind, to sprucing up the home for two very well-attended open houses. His marketing strategy was very effective, and shortly after the second open house, it was time to evaluate several good offers. We are lucky and blessed that Nick came into our lives. My sister, who was ill, lived alone for 15 years, and was unable to maintain our San Francisco family home, died . The house was a mess and had zero curb appeal in or out. Nick's team cleaned and painted, refinished the floors and put a fresh face on it. He knew the market and sold the house for top dollar. He patiently and professionally guided us step-by-step through the entire process. One example illustrates just how far he went above and beyond-- the house was full of old furniture. Nick knew that the local waste company, Recology , offered a free yearly pickup. The neighbors told us they saw him personally dragging couches and other rubbish to the curb in his business clothing. A house that Standard Homes sold new in 1956 for $16,500 and that we worried might might have to be leveled, grossed $1.65 million because of Nick's expertise, know-how and hard work.

Nick was our real estate agent when we needed to sell my late father’s home. From the very beginning he was open and honest about what needed to be done to make the house marketable and he did an incredible amount of work toward that end. I live out of state and did not stay at my dad’s house or in the area throughout the process. Nick kept us informed with texting, emails and calls. He never made decisions without our input and he was on top of all that needed to be done: getting contractors, supervising the work and making further suggestions about how to make the house/property a desirable place. He helped solve problems that arose and did an amazing amount of personal labor getting rid of decades worth of stuff that could not be sold and he followed our wishes regarding recycling and donating. Nick as incredibly easy to work with and Nick is extremely trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

We were originally referred to Nick when we were looking to purchase a home in 2011. Nick was extremely professional and truly guided us through the home buying process. Because of this positive experience, when were in the process of relocating out of the Bay Area we contacted Nick to list and sell our house. Nick responded almost immediately and we scheduled a time to discuss the overall timing and marketing plan. Nick worked directly with various vendors (hauling, landscaping, painting, cleaning, staging, plumbing, etc.). This allowed us to focus on other relocation requirements. We have worked with other real estate agents as both buyers and sellers and hold Nick in the highest regard. Nick is an expert in the San Francisco and Peninsula real estate market.

In Feb of 2020 my wife and I decided to sell our home in the Outer Sunset District in SF. We contacted Nick Johnson, a realtor with Coldwell banker. Mr Johnson suggested some changes to prepare our home for sale, and even had a floor guy come in and put down new flooring in the kitchen at his own expense! Wow. What a motivated seller!



And then covid hit. Our plans to sell fell through as the whole city went into isolation mode. So we gave up on selling “for the time being” -- a period which turned out to be a little over 2 years.



When covid had let up a bit and people knew better how to deal with it we turned once again to Nick. He again helped us prepare the house for sale, made some suggestions for presentation, and started working on putting together a pre-listing showing of the house. Inflation was starting to kick in and the market was looking iffy. We weren’t sure we could get our target price but Nick said, “Let’s give it a try!” So we did.



To make a long story short, Nick Johnson sold our house for more than our target price – during the pandemic, during the time of uncertain markets. Did I mention he managed to sell before we listed?



Nick Johnson is a gentleman and a nice guy. He is also an amazingly good selling agent! I would recommend him to anyone.
